Welcome to your real estate course. I am Kat Blosser and it will be my pleasure to be your instructor. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions about the course or content.

As we will be working together during your course, I want to tell you a little about myself.

Most of my working years have been spent working in the medical field.

I married my husband in 1995 and joined him overseas.  We lived and worked in several countries until moving back to the states for good in 2012.  We relocated to Baldwin county (where my husband grew up) and I decided to become a Realtor.

I got my Salesperson license in 2014 and joined Roberts Brothers, Inc.  Since then, I have become an Associate Broker with Roberts Brothers and have had a successful career closing over 6 million it total real estate sales production.  I am also a certified pre-license and post-license real estate instructor in Alabama, and have my CDEI (Certified Distance Education Instructor) license. It has been my pleasure to teach both pre-license and post-licensing courses, along with the Broker course, in addition to mentoring and coaching new agents.  Helping new agents has been one of my great pleasures.
